We asked "THG" fan and artist Kate Wheeler of Rat Girl Studios to illustrate Jennifer in five of Katniss' signature outfits (designed in the novel by her stylist Cinna): her reaping dress, her presentation costume, her interview dress, her Hunger Games uniform and her simple, gold dress.
